The alpaca farm at Harcourt was beautiful and small, informative but informal and their wool is splendid to knit with and the couple who run it, Rita and her husband were a pleasure to meet and spend time with and the alpacas were absolutely gorgeous and amazing animals to watch in their paddocks. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit Campo Verde and will definitely go again myself as I’m quite close by.

A wonderful place, Campo Verde Alpacas are ethically bred and raised. The "knit with alpacas" sessions are fabulous, sitting amongst, and feeding some of the alpacas, and sharing crafts. The alpaca yarn, available in a variety of colours is soft and lovely. Highly recommend.

We always have a lovely and relaxing time at Campo Verde Alpacas Farm. Rita and Anthony are certainly dedicated to the well-being of their animals. We admire the time and effort they invest in raising their alpacas - and now llamas as well. It was lovely spending a quiet time feeding and getting to know the young alpacas. We can't wait to return for our third visit.

I had a really great time at Rita’s recent Introduction to Alpacas workshop. It was just the right amount and variety of information for an introductory course. We got to spend time in the paddock observing the alpacas and new crias as well which was truly special.

We had a lovely experience at Campo Verde Alpacas attending a training course by Alicia Anderson. Rita and Anthony were great hosts and their alpacas are gorgeous. If you have an opportunity to attend an event there you definitely should.
