Closed due to bushfire
Our farm was affected by the bushfire that raged across Harcourt, Victoria, on 9 January 2026.
We lost 11 of our beloved llamas. We will be closed for workshops, yarn sales, experiences, and other activities until we are able to rebuild and get back on our feet.

Thank you to all our supporters near and far, in Australia and overseas. We love you all.

Campo Verde Alpacas & Llamas
Treading lightly on earth

Ready to start your alpaca or llama journey?
Tread lightly on earth with us...
If you are interested in a sustainable lifestyle with alpacas or llamas, you have come to the right place.
You might be interested in owning alpacas or llamas, learning how to care for them, or using their fibre. Our farm, nestled in Harcourt, Central Victoria, is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for a well-loved herd of alpacas and llamas. Our animals are our "children" and part of our family, and we want you to fall in love with them just like we did.
We are advocates of high-welfare, ethical ownership of alpacas and llamas. This means we prioritise their wellbeing above everything else. We also strive to educate the public and empower alpaca and llama owners with the knowledge needed to care for these unique animals.
We live and farm in Dja Dja Wurrung Country, paying our respects to the traditional custodians of this land.
