Desejo is a super-soft, pure white alpaca yarn with a gentle creamy tint, grown by our boy himself. Perfect as-is for a crisp, natural look, or ready to take on botanical or commercial dyes if you want to add your own colours.
 
Each skein is approximately 100g with 210 metres of yarn.
Carbon footprint: grown and processed locally in Victoria.
This yarn is non-superwash. No carbonising or harsh chemicals are used in the processing.
Please note: We’ve photographed our yarns as true to colour as possible, but shades may look a little different on your screen.
 
Before using: please wind the skein carefully into a ball. Do not knit/crochet directly from the skein.
 
Care instructions:
Washing: gentle hand wash. Dry flat in the shade.
Protect yarn and knitted/crocheted items from moths. 
A small amount of vegetable matter might be present, as our yarns are not carbonised. It can easily be removed by hand or tweezers when knitting/crocheting, or weaving.
